Download subscribers/customers list
On Mumbler content and subscribers always stay yours.
That is the reason why, you can download your subscribers/customers list in a easy way.
To do so, access to your podcast or audioseries dashboard and click to the option "Subscribers" or "Customers" in the sidebar menu.
In "Subscribers" page you will se a table with subscribers information:
- Name
- Subscriber since
- Months as a subscriber
- Status: "Suscribed", "Unsubscribed" o "Unsubscribed with acces
In "Customers" page you will se a table with subscribers information:
- Name
- Purchase Date
You can download subscribers data by pushing "Download CSV" button.
NOTE: Information that you see in the table is fetched from payment processing provider. That is the reason why it could take a while to show the information and the download process may take a while.
