Audio insertions
An audio insertion is a clip that you upload to Mumbler, and we take care of adding it to your episodes.

You can use insertions to promote your new services, products, events, launches, campaigns, or even to include third-party advertisements.

Insertions can be added at the beginning and/or the end of your episodes, and you can choose whether they play in all your episodes or just in specific ones.

And whenever you want, you can stop them and add new ones.

Sounds cool, right?

Are they available in all plans?

No, insertions are only available in Mumbler's paid plans. If you don't have a paid plan yet, you can sign up for one here.

How do I add an insertion?

It's very simple. To add an insertion, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Products.
  2. Access the podcast or audio series where you want to add an audio insertion.
  3. Go to the "Audio Insertions" tab.
  4. Click on "Create Audio Insertion".
A setup window will open where you can choose several options:
  • Insertion Name: This will help you identify the insertion in the list. We recommend using a descriptive name.
  • Audio: Here, you need to upload the audio you want to insert into your episodes.
  • Start and End Date: Indicate the dates during which you want your audio to be inserted in your episodes.
  • Where to Insert: You can choose pre-roll (before the episode), post-roll (after the episode), or both.
  • Episodes: Finally, you can choose whether you want the insertion to play in all your episodes or just in specific ones.

Note: Episodes can only have one audio insertion. If you have multiple audios that you want to include, such as several ads, you’ll need to upload a single audio file that contains all them.

We hope you find audio insertions useful.
