On paid plans, you can create coupons (promotional codes) for your podcasts or audio series.
How to create a new coupon
In order to create a new coupon for your podcast or audio series:
- Access to the product from product sections.
- Access to "Promotions" tab.
How to set up a new coupon
You can choose several configuration options to set up your coupons:
These are the configurable fields:
- Coupon: You can name your coupon to have it well identified. ATTENTION: Use less than 20 characters for your coupon. Special characters are not allowed.
- Product: Choose if the coupon applies to the monthly or annual plan.
- Discount: Choose the discount.
- Discount type: Choose the type of discount, in money or %.
- Redemptions: the number of times that the coupon can be used.
- Duration: Choose if the coupon can be used only once or indefinitely.
What should I share with my audience?
Once the coupon is created, copy the link that you will see in the coupon list and share it with your audience.
Mumbler generates a URL for each coupon so that your users land on a page with the coupon already applied.
Where can my users add coupons?
You don't need to add the coupon at the checkout, the URL that Mumbler generates for each coupon already has it built in. It's very useful to avoid mistakes.
